  • We deal primarily in Banarasi silk sarees with blouse pieces, and all products are free size unless otherwise mentioned.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments via major online payment gateways including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on the location.
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email after dispatch.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
  • Email us at torakon7440@gmail.com with pictures of the issue for return approval.
  • Cancellation is allowed before dispatch of the order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
