✅ Return Eligibility:
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for valid reasons, such as:
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged product
Incomplete product (missing blouse piece, etc.)
Product different from description/image shown on website
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Customized sarees (like fall/pico or stitching services)
Sarees purchased under “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Products showing signs of wear, stains, or damage after delivery
📞 How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, simply follow these steps:
Email us at torakon@torakon.in or WhatsApp us at [9109923164] within 7 days of delivery.
Mention your Order ID, Issue Description, and share clear photos of the product if damaged/incorrect.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (available in selected pin codes) or ask you to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
💸 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (details will be collected during the return process).
If the return is rejected, the same product will be sent back to you.
🔁 Exchange Policy:
Want a different color or product? You can request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

In case of self-shipping, please use a reliable courier and share tracking details with us.
Reverse pickup is free for first-time return. For repeated returns, return shipping charges may apply.
Any delay in return request beyond 7 days will make the product ineligible for return/refund.
